Challenge

Connect familiar social networking features with volunteer experience, skills, awards and events. Account for the different goals of volunteers and organisations and the actions available to each role.

My contribution

I explored requirements and user flows with analysts, then translated them into screen structures and interface states. I designed profiles, dashboards, feeds and posts, follows, friendships and partnership requests, adapting key flows for mobile screens.

Outcome

A system of screens connecting volunteers’ personal activity, communication and organisational work. Key actions include confirmations, constraints and states, while different roles share a consistent visual and interaction foundation.
