Challenge

Align interfaces across an ecosystem where similar components were repeatedly recreated with inconsistent styling. Support a gradual move to the new library without abruptly replacing existing solutions.

My contribution

I worked as part of a design team: each designer owned a part of the system, and we agreed on shared decisions together. The case study presents the results — token architecture, components and their states, and usage documentation.

Outcome

A shared foundation for product interfaces: reusable components, consistent states and usage guidelines. The library includes size and spacing documentation, a changelog and a backlog for further development.
