Challenge

Design a product from scratch for participants, teams and experts under tight deadlines and changing requirements. Connect registration, team creation and project stages into a coherent user journey.

My contribution

As lead UX/UI designer, I developed the structure, user flows, prototypes, visual concept and responsive designs for the landing page and platform. I built a UI kit, designed information-dense cards, presented solutions to the team and reviewed the implementation.

Outcome

A set of interfaces for registration, teamwork, completing assignments and reviewing results. Shared user-flow architecture and a component library connected the landing page and platform, providing a foundation for consistent implementation.
