TrueConf Group

About the project

TrueConf Group is a video conferencing endpoint for medium and large meeting rooms, combining video calls, content sharing and equipment control.

Challenge

Design the interface and interaction logic for a video conferencing system. The focus was on navigation, clear states and the sequence of actions involved in using meeting room equipment.

My contribution

In 2024, I worked on interface design and on how users navigate the system and complete their tasks. I worked on the product at the company where I was employed at the time.

Materials

The original designs remain with the company and are not published. Internal design decisions and working documentation are covered by an NDA.

Blurred concept illustrations based on the general product category were created for this portfolio. They do not reproduce my production designs and are not screenshots of TrueConf Group. A public product description is available via the project link.
